Abstract
The objective of this study was to optimize the preoperative assessment in transvaginal pelvic reconstructive plastic surgery for the treatment of pelvic organs prolapse. Materials and methods: We conducted the quantitative and qualitative analysis of vaginal biocenosis in 68 female patients before and after administration of Polygynax. It was shown that Polygynax improves vaginal biocenosis owing to the reduction of microbial content. Therefore, the use of Polygynax for the preoperative assessment can be an effective method of prophylaxis of infectious and inflammatory complications and promote tissue regeneration after transvaginal pelvic reconstructive plastic surgery for the treatment
of pelvic organs prolapse.

Abstract
The review of the russian and foreign literature on pelvic organ prolapse in women and its genetic aspects. According to the literature, an association of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) with a number of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) on chromosome 9q21, which are involved in the formation of elastic fibers of the connective tissue (CT). The association also polymorphism fibullin – 5 (FBLN5) and lysyl oxidase – like 1 (LOXL1) and their
relationship to POP. Based on the literature, studies aimed at identifying the genetic nature of the POP, are incomplete and are important for the identification of risk groups who have a predisposition to POP, selecting the optimal policy for patients at risk and the initial stages of POP.

Abstract
Surgical treatment of patients with stress urine incontinence is being carried out for over 130 year. Of particular interest is the implantation of tension-free sub-urethral synthetic sling (tension-free vaginal tape procedure – TVT) which is notable for its low rate of lower urinary tract injuries and high clinical effectiveness. The preoperative assessment
and postoperative care play an important role in tissue healing and patients’ fast recovery after surgery. This study aims at evaluation of the effectiveness of preoperative assessment and postoperative care in women with stress urine incontinence. Forty female patients suffering from stress urine incontinence and history of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiadis were examined and subjected to the TVT procedure. The postoperative follow-up period was between 1 and 3 months. Based on the results of patient questioning, good result was obtained in 40 (100%) patients at 3 months
post-operation. Bacterioscopy of vaginal smears from patients treated with Livarol in the postoperative period did not reveal the presence of Candida fungi at 1 or 3 months post-operation. Therefore, the successful surgical intervention mainly depends of careful selection of patients and the performance of a technically perfect surgical operation. Proper vaginal sanitation measures and postoperative wound management will secure fast patients’ recovery and reduction of their inpatient stay.

Abstract
This article describes the features of the hemostatic system and endothelial function in pregnant patients who are at risk for obstetric complications: chronic hypertension, type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, a pathology of leg veins, miscarriage. Based on this study developed an algorithm for diagnosis of endothelial dysfunction
and pathology of the hemostatic system in these patients. Given the major pathogenetic aspects, provides detailed pharmacotherapy revealed pathology. Developed a scale of «the assessment of the thrombophilia and methods of its correction during pregnancy and on the background of extragenital pathology®», which allows you to identify and find a
differentiated pharmacotherapy with certain dosage, duration of the course in the dynamics and control, regardless of the methods and standards of determining the parameters of hemostasis.
