НАРУШЕНИЯ СЕРДЕЧНОГО РИТМА И ТРОМБОЗЫ. АНТИКОАГУЛЯНТНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ У БЕРЕМЕННЫХ С НАРУШЕНИЯМИ РИТМА СЕРДЦА

Аннотация
Нарушения сердечного ритма в условиях физиологической гиперкоагуляции во время беременности существенно увеличивают риски кардиоэмболических осложнений. Наличие фибрилляции предсердий во время беременности в условиях дополнительных факторов риска, включая инсульты и тромбоэмболические атаки в анамнезе, клапанных пороков сердца, артериальной гипертензии, сахарного диабета, ишемической болезни сердца или явлений сердечной недостаточности требует обязательного применения антикоагулянтов на протяжении всего периода гестации. Наличие генетической и/или приобретенной тромбофилии может многократно повышать риски тромбоэмболий у женщин с нарушением сердечного ритма во время беременности.
