Клиническое значение определения ADAMTS-13, его ингибитора и фактора фон Виллебранда в акушерско-гинекологической практике

Аннотация
ADAMTS-13 - важнейшая металлопротеиназа, функцией которой является высвобождение фрагментов фактора фон Виллебранда (vWF) в плазму, а также регулирование его активности путем расщепления «сверхкрупных» мультимеров на более мелкие и менее активные. Многие патологические состояния, в том числе возникающие во время беременности, характеризуются повышением уровня vWF и снижением активности ADAMTS-13. В связи с этим необходимо контролировать уровни vWF и активности ADAMTS-13 для предупреждения одной из тяжелейших форм тромботической микроангиопатии - тромботической тромбоцитопенической пурпуры (болезнь Мошковица).
