At the same time the risk of iatrogenic thrombophilia under the conditions of radio-, chemotherapy and hormone replacement therapy is considered. Issues concerning scientific explanation of antithrombotic prophylaxis with LMWH are given.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В клинической лекции приводятся современные представления о патогенезе тромботических осложнений у онкологических больных. При этом также рассматривается риск ятрогенной тромбофилии в условиях лучевой, химиои гормональной терапии.
