The retrospective non-comparative study was based on the main inclusion such as histologically verified sex cord OSTs. A standard examination algorithm was analyzed (ultrasound, blood tests, CT or MRI of the abdominal and pelvic organs). All clinical data were obtained from patients treated and monitored in clinical units at the Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology and the National Center of Oncology and Hematology of the Kyrgyz Republic.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Data were obtained on the frequency of necrobiotic changes, malignancy, disease stages and their impact on survival in 456 patients. The 10-year survival rate for OSTs patients with vs. without intra-tumor necrobiotic changes was significantly lower (17.2 % and 78.1 %, respectively).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The main factors of unfavorable prognosis in patients with granulosa cell ovarian tumors were disease stage and intra-tumor necrobiotic changes.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: выявить клинико-гистологические критерии стромально-клеточных опухолей яичников (СКОЯ) с элементами полового тяжа.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Главный критерий включения в ретроспективное несравнительное исследование - наличие гистологически подтвержденного диагноза СКОЯ с элементами полового тяжа. Проведен анализ стандартного алгоритма обследования: ультразвуковое исследование, анализы крови, компьютерная томография или магнитно-резонансная томография органов брюшной полости и малого таза. Все клинические данные были получены у больных, которые лечились и наблюдались в клинических подразделениях в ФГБУ «НМИЦ онкологии им. Н. Н. Блохина» МЗ РФ и Национальном центре онкологии и гематологии МЗ Кыргызской Республики.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Получены данные по частоте некробиотических изменений, злокачественности, стадий заболевания и их влияние на выживаемость среди 456 больных; 10-летняя выживаемость больных СКОЯ с некробиотическими изменениями в опухоли была существенно ниже (17,2 %), чем среди пациенток без некроза опухоли (78,1 %).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение.
