Questionable points of prophylaxis of thrombotic complication of hormone replacement therapy are discussed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассмотрен патогенез тромботических осложнений при применении заместительной гормональной терапии, влияние ЗГТ на риск венозных и артериальных тромбозов.
