Non-thrombotic effects of APA include the damage of cells, the induction of apoptosis, the inhibition of proliferation, the suppression of human chorionic gonadotropin, the interference to the invasion of the trophoblast, and defectsof differentiation of the endometrium. Thrombotic effects are: widespread thrombosis, placental infarction, disruption of the annexin barrier, and anti-b2GPI and APC resistance.</p>
Сочетание протромботических и нетромботических эффектов, включая активацию локального воспалительного ответа, влияние на трофобласт и характеристики эмбриона, приводят к развитию характерной клинической картины - целому спектру тромботических осложнений в артериальных, венозных сосудах, в системе микроциркуляции по типу ангиопатии, а также к репродуктивным потерям и тяжелым поздним акушерским осложнениям, таким как гестоз и преэкламсия, фетоплацентарная недостаточность, задержка роста плода.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>АНТИФОСФОЛИПИДНЫЙ СИНДРОМ</kwd><kwd>ОСЛОЖНЕНИЯ БЕРЕМЕННОСТИ</kwd><kwd>КАТАСТРОФИЧЕСКИЙ АФС</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>antiphospholipid antibodies</kwd><kwd>antiphospholipid syndrome</kwd><kwd>complications of pregnancy</kwd><kwd>catastrophis antiphospholipid syndrome</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">APASS Investigators.
