There is evidence that the presence of MS is associated with hypercoagulation, deficiency in the system of fibrinolysis, increase in platelets activity and, as a consequence, an increased risk of thrombosis. Nowadays genetic and metabolic disorders that underlie the relationship between MS and thromboembolic complications are under active study.</p>
На сегодняшний день активно изучаются генетические и метаболические нарушения, обуславливающие наличие взаимосвязи МС с тромбоэмболическими осложнениями.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКИЙ СИНДРОМ</kwd><kwd>ОЖИРЕНИЕ</kwd><kwd>БЕРЕМЕННОСТЬ</kwd><kwd>PREGNANCY</kwd><kwd>ТРОМБОФИЛИЯ</kwd><kwd>ТРОМБОТИЧЕСКИЕ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЯ</kwd><kwd>ТРОМБОЗ</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>metabolic syndrome</kwd><kwd>obesity</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>thrombophilia</kwd><kwd>thromboembolic complications</kwd><kwd>thrombosis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Дедов И.И., Андреева Е.Н., Карпова Е.А.
