Materials and methods. Medical records of 44 women and their infants were studied. Results. In 85 % of cases, the diagnosis of complicated pregnancy was made, in 100 % cases – there was a complicated delivery; 100 % of newborns were put on mechanical ventilation, 95 % of them were diagnosed with cerebral depression syndrome, and 72.5 % – with aspiration pneumonia. Conclusion. A differentiated approach to the management of pregnancy and labor will reduce perinatal morbidity.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель исследования: выявить факторы риска мекониальной аспирации и особенности неонатальной адаптации. Материалы и методы. Изучено 44 истории беременности и родов, а также карты развития новорожденных. Результаты. На фоне разнородного соматического анамнеза, а также отсутствия в анамнезе у 70 % женщин гинекологических заболеваний и у 80 % – акушерских осложнений у подавляющего большинства пациенток (85 %) отмечалось осложненное течение беременности, у 100 % – осложненное течение родов; 100 % детей находились на искусственной вентиляции легких, в 95 % диагностирован синдром церебральной депрессии, в 72,5 % – аспирационная пневмония. Заключение.
