According to the literature, an association of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) with a number of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) on chromosome 9q21, which are involved in the formation of elastic fibers of the connective tissue (CT). The association also polymorphism fibullin – 5 (FBLN5) and lysyl oxidase – like 1 (LOXL1) and theirrelationship to POP. Based on the literature, studies aimed at identifying the genetic nature of the POP, are incomplete and are important for the identification of risk groups who have a predisposition to POP, selecting the optimal policy for patients at risk and the initial stages of POP.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлен обзор отечественной и зарубежной литературы по проблеме пролапса тазовых органов (ПТО)у женщин и его генетическим аспектам. Согласно литературным данным, выявлена связь ПТО с рядом одиночных нуклеотидных полиморфизмов (SNP) на хромосоме 9q21, которые участвуют в формировании эластического волокна соединительной ткани (СТ). Выявлены ассоциации полиморфизма генов фибуллина-5 (FBLN5) илизилоксидазоподобного фермента 1 (LOXL1), а также их связь с ПТО.
