Patients with a family history of thrombotic and obstetric complications should be examined for the presence of thrombophilia. If a hemostasis problem is confirmed, antithrombotic therapy is recommended to be initiated at early stages of pregnancy. Moreover, this therapy is better to be started at the stage of preparation for pregnancy and continued throughout the pregnancy and during the postpartum period to avoid thromboembolic and obstetrical complications.</p>
При выявлении у таких пациенток нарушений в системе гемостаза рекомендована противотромботическая терапия с ранних этапов беременности, которую лучше начинать на этапе подготовки к беременности, продолжать в течение всей беременности и в послеродовом периоде во избежание тромбоэмболических и акушерских осложнений.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Тромбоэмболия</kwd><kwd>мутация протромбина</kwd><kwd>преэклампсия</kwd><kwd>антенатальная гибель плода</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Thromboembolism</kwd><kwd>prothrombin mutation</kwd><kwd>preeclampsia</kwd><kwd>antenatal fetal death</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Акиньшина С.В., Макацария А.Д., Бицадзе В.О., Андреева М.Д.
