The aim of this study was to review and analyze the medical reports on the current aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of uterine sarcomas. Here, we attempt to summarize the available information concerning the patient management and the many issues related to the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. In this study, the updated classification of uterine sarcomas is presented together with the current concepts on staging of the disease. Although «epidemiologically» rare, this group of diseases represents a serious oncological problem because of its severity and high mortality rate, and the lack of complete understanding of its pathogenesis.

Цель настоящего исследования – провести системный анализ данных, имеющихся в современной научной медицинской литературе и посвященных современным аспектам этиопатогенеза, диагностики и лечения больных с различными формами сарком матки. Настоящее исследование представляет собой попытку обобщить опыт современной медицины в ведении пациенток с саркомами матки и систематизировать актуальную для повседневной клинической практики информацию об этом заболевании. Рассмотрены вопросы современной классификации сарком матки, подробно описаны применяемые методы диагностики, приведены современные представления о стадировании заболевания и дифференцированной тактике ведения пациенток. Одно из наиболее значимых направлений развития онкогинекологии – решение сложившихся проблем, связанных с вопросами диагностики и лечения сарком матки, которые, несмотря на свою «эпидемиологическую» редкость, являются высоко актуальной проблемой онкологии ввиду высоких показателей летальности, тяжести течения заболевания и неполной степени изученности вопросов патогенеза.
