Definition of polymorphic gene variants of CYP19 was assessed by PCR with specific oligoprimers with subsequent restriction analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the Expression of aromatase in the studied forms of endometriosis is positively correlated with the stage of disease. The "zero" variant of the gene GSTМ associated with pelvic pain of varying intensity, as well as recurrent forms of the disease (χ2 =of 8.78; p&lt;0.05), which is important in the prediction of the clinical course of the disease. By gene GSTT1 any difference in the groups, as well as links with clinical manifestations of endometriosis was obtained.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Detection of positive expression of aromatase in the ectopic foci, and also in the endometrium atopicescom when adenomiose (58%) and external endometriosis (80%), its relationship with stage distribution of the disease and the severity of pain allows us to consider this enzyme as a promising for the diagnosis and development of new approaches to the treatment of endometriosis with aromatase inhibitors. The study of associated gene polymorphisms of the aromatase CYP19 and detoxification GSTM can be recommended as a prognostic test for assessing the risk of development and prognosis the clinical course of endometriosis.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель работы – повышение эффективности лечения генитального эндометриоза путем уточнения некоторых аспектов патогенеза эндометриоза.</p><p>Задачи исследования – определение экспрессии ароматазы в эутопическом и эктопическом эндометрии, выявление взаимосвязи полиморфизмов гена ароматазы и генов дотоксикации с целью оптимизации лечения больных гениальным эндометриозом.</p><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Определение полиморфных вариантов гена CYP19 проводили методом ПЦР со специфическими олигопраймерами с последующим рестрикционным анализом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Экспрессия ароматазы при изученных формах эндометриоза положительно коррелирует со стадией заболевания. «Нулевой» вариант гена GSTМ ассоциировался с тазовыми болями различной интенсивности, а также рецидивирующими формами заболевания (χ2 =8,78, p&lt;0,05), что имеет важное значение в прогнозе клинического течения заболевания. По гену GSTT1 каких-либо различий в группах, а также связи с клиническими проявлениями эндометриоза получено не было.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Обнаружение положительной экспрессии ароматазы в эктопических очагах, а также в эутопическом эндометрии при аденомиозе (58%) и наружном эндометриозе (80%), ее связи со стадией распространения заболевания и выраженностью болевого синдрома позволяет рассматривать данный фермент как перспективный для диагностики и разработки новых подходов к терапии эндометриоза с применением ингибиторов ароматазы.
