An observational prospective study assessing endothelial status in pregnant women and fetuses was carried out using the "case-control" method. 180 women in first trimester who had terminated pregnancy were examined: 90 patients were diagnosed with undeveloped pregnancy and instrumental removal of the fetal egg was performed, 90 women had a medical abortion on request. Endothelial dysfunction was diagnosed in all pregnant women, and morphometry of circulating DECs was performed. The data obtained further underwent statistical analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A comparative analysis of endothelial lesion markers in pregnant women demonstrated the diagnostic significance of DECs morphometric examination.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Morphometric examination of peripheral blood DECs may be a diagnostic marker of vascular disorders in pregnant women and represents a promising area to prevent obstetric and perinatal pathology.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: совершенствование диагностики сосудистых нарушений во время беременности с использованием морфомет рического исследования десквамированных эндотелиальных клеток (ДЭК).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Осуществлено наблюдательное проспективное исследование состояния эндотелия у беременной и плода методом «случай-контроль». Обследовано 180 женщин в I триместре, у которых беременность была прервана: у 90 пациенток диагностирована неразвивающаяся беременность и осуществлено инструментальное удаление плодного яйца, у 90 женщин проведен медицинский аборт по желанию. У всех беременных проведена диагностика дисфункции эндотелия, а также выполнена морфометрия циркулирующих ДЭК. Полученные результаты подвергались статистическому анализу.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Сравнительный анализ маркеров поражения эндотелия у беременной продемонстрировал диагностическую значимость морфометрического исследования ДЭК.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение.
