However, it can lead to life-threatening complications for both the mother and fetus. In vitro fertilization (IVF) is also associated with an increased probability of adverse outcomes compared to the general population. Timely diagnostics and personalized treatment, taking into account the extremely high risk of complications if PHPT and pregnancy result from IVF, require attention of healthcare professionals and formation of a multidisciplinary team.</p>
Своевременная диагностика и персонализированное лечение, учитывая крайне высокий риск осложнений в случае сочетания ПГПТ и беременности в исходе ЭКО, требуют особого внимания со стороны медицинских специалистов и формирования мультидисциплинарной команды.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>первичный гиперпаратиреоз</kwd><kwd>ПГПТ</kwd><kwd>гиперкальциемия</kwd><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>экстракорпоральное оплодотворение</kwd><kwd>ЭКО</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>рrimary hyperparathyroidism</kwd><kwd>PHPT</kwd><kwd>hypercalcemia</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>in vitro fertilization</kwd><kwd>IVF</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Minisola S., Arnold A., Belaya Z. et al.
