NETs play a key role in inflammation and infection exploiting effector functions such as degranulation, phagocytosis as well as production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). NETs play a crucial role in defense against systemic infections. Additionally NETs involved in inflammation, and in the pathogenesis of non-infectious diseases, such as autoimmune diseases and cancer.</p>
NETs играют решающую роль в реализации защитно-приспособительных процессов, таких как воспаление, и патогенезе неинфекционных заболеваний, таких как аутоиммунные заболевания и рак.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>внеклеточные ловушки нейтрофилов</kwd><kwd>NETs</kwd><kwd>нетоз</kwd><kwd>миелопероксидаза</kwd><kwd>цитруллинированный гистон H3</kwd><kwd>рак</kwd><kwd>онкологические заболевания</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>neutrophil extracellular traps</kwd><kwd>NETs</kwd><kwd>NETosis</kwd><kwd>myeloperoxidase</kwd><kwd>citrullinated histone H3</kwd><kwd>cancer</kwd><kwd>oncological diseases</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Beiter T., Fragasso A., HartlD., Nieß A.M.
