Infertility, habitual miscarriage, the birth of children with congenital malformations greatly affects psycho-emotional state of both women and men, which is why every practicing doctor needs to have at least minimal knowledge about genetic research to prevent/warn negative consequences of certain conditions. We believe that an issue on genetic testing should arise at the stage of preconceptional preparation/in the first trimester of pregnancy, because it is the most favorable period for prevention of multiple conditions.</p>
Мы считаем, что вопрос о генетическом тестировании должен вставать на этапе прегравидарной подготовки/в I триместре беременности, поскольку именно этот период является наиболее благоприятным для предупреждения многих состояний.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>генетическое исследование</kwd><kwd>первичное бесплодие</kwd><kwd>привычное невынашивание</kwd><kwd>наследственные тромбофилии</kwd><kwd>прегравидарная подготовка</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>genetic research</kwd><kwd>primary infertility</kwd><kwd>habitual miscarriage</kwd><kwd>hereditary thrombophilia</kwd><kwd>preconceptional preparation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Фетисова И.Н., Малышкина А.И., Фетисов Н.С., Ратникова С.Ю.
