The main risk factor of any neonatal thrombosis is central catheter installment, but other maternal, fetal and neonatal factors should be taken into consideration. We discuss the epidemiology of neonatal thrombosis and the main features of the hemostasis system in newborns, the most significant risk factors, including genetic and acquired thrombophilia. We consider the von Willebrand factor activity and ADAMTS-13 (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with a thrombospondin type 1 motif, member 13) level in the development of neonatal thrombotic microangiopathy. Finally, we discuss the basic principles of prevented neonatal thrombosis by using low molecular weight heparins.</p>
Рассмотрены вопросы значения активности фактора фон Виллебранда и уровня ADAMTS-13 (англ. a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with a thrombospondin type 1 motif, member 13) в развитии тромботической микроангиопатии у новорожденных. Дана информация по основным принципам профилактики неонатальных тромбозов с применением низкомолекулярных гепаринов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>неонатальные тромбозы</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd><kwd>центральный венозный катетер</kwd><kwd>фактор фон Виллебранда</kwd><kwd>vWF</kwd><kwd>ADAMTS-13</kwd><kwd>тромбофилия</kwd><kwd>циркуляция антифосфолипидных антител</kwd><kwd>тромботическая микроангиопатия</kwd><kwd>профилактика неонатальных тромбозов</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>neonatal thrombosis</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd><kwd>central venous catheter</kwd><kwd>von Willebrand factor</kwd><kwd>vWF</kwd><kwd>ADAMTS-13</kwd><kwd>thrombophilia</kwd><kwd>antiphospholipid antibody circulation</kwd><kwd>thrombotic microangiopathy</kwd><kwd>neonatal thrombosis prophylaxis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Володин Н.Н., Ройтман Е.В., Румянцев А.Г., Шнейдер М.М.
